I am simply informing you of how some of your customers feel. Please note that I am not accusing you of anything. It is very difficult to win back the confidence of customers once they feel they have been conned by a developer. They feel that something has been taken away which they paid for, regardless of whether or not that situation has been under your control. I understand your side of the story, but if I recall correctly, hi-res cloud maps - even though the hi-res maps back then were of lower quality than the ones which are now available - were originally included as part of the purchase price for EarthDesk, or am I mistaken? That is why so many people are now complaining.
